Welcome to MaineStreets.Biz your personal business directory, brought to you by “Into The Cyber Wind”, please read these terms & conditions carefully as you agree to be bound by them, while using the MaineStreets.Biz personalized business directory website. This following Agreement terms and conditions govern the access to your access and usage of the services (the "Online Services") and the materials available therein ("Materials").
The Company may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement. You agree to review the Agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the Online Services and Materials shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement.
The MaineStreets.Biz Website, including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data, graphs, audio, videos, computer programs and other material and information contained on, or utilized in the provision of, the MaineStreets.Biz Website is the property of MaineStreets.Biz or its suppliers and is protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents or other proprietary rights. The use of MaineStreets.Biz website is to locate Businesses in the state of Maine for the purpose of visiting and using their services throughout Maine. These Businesses have allowed MaineStreets.Biz to place their information here for the use in having the public locate and use their services. You the customer agree to be bound by the same usage as those of the Businesses who place there information on MaineStreets.Biz website and who have signed up for a “fee based message board” to use the message board, “to place their message” which is their sole responsibility for the information they place in the fee based message board. This message board run by each business separately is in no way indorsed by or agreed to by MaineStreets.Biz website. If the Business makes false claims or misrepresents there claims on the message board, please contact getintouch@mainestreets.biz to complain about the problem. MaineStreets.biz will look into the claim and try to resolve the problem. It will be up to the customer to contact the Business to fix the wrongful claim. MaineStreets.biz will only make sure the false statement is not up on the website. No other means will be taken except to make sure the complaint is fixed on the Business message board.
Business Message Board Account
Your message board account has a Pay Pal or other payment plan which covers a year subscription to be paid at the time of account setup. The cost at this time is $15.00 US paid in advance for one year. This will automatically renew on your years setup date unless you cancel. If subscription is canceled before the year is up, no refund will be given. You can cancel at any time by contacting MaineStreets.Biz through email at cancel@mainestreets.biz If cost of service goes up, customer’s account will be notified before new charge is accessed to the renewal of customers subscription. No new charges will be place on an account once you have paid for your year. There is no setup charge for your “Business Account Message Board”. There are no personal message board accounts on the MaineStreets.Biz website.
If you except a subscription account on MaineStreets.Biz Website using the message board, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. All messages that you post or upload after the first free message is placed in your message board,” will be your responsibility”. You should maintain the confidentiality and security of your password. If you think it has been used in an unauthorized manner, you should report it immediately to getintouch@mainestreets.biz. The message you post or upload must be accurate and true. No false statements will be allowed. No misrepresentative statements can be posted or uploaded.
MaineStreets.Biz reserves the right to close accounts, remove or edit content, or cancels message board posts or uploads as appropriate. If we cancel a message board, no other charge will be incurred by you, only what you have already paid. You will no longer be able to post messages to your message board.
To post or upload a message to your message board, it must be related to your type of business and be within the guidelines set forth by the terms and conditions. There will be no personal messages to friends or family members posted or uploaded. There will be no violence, religion, political, obscene or pornography posted or uploaded to the message board. If any of these things are done, your message board will be closed and monies paid for the year subscription will be forfeited. The Message board may not be reopened for the time left on the year’s subscription or at least a three month time frame.
RULES FOR CONTENT SUBMISSION
We ask you to follow these rules when submitting Content: (1) you shall not upload to, distribute through or otherwise publish through the MaineStreets.Biz Website any Content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law; (2) you shall not use the MaineStreets.Biz Website to post Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual, or that could be harmful to minors or that harasses or advocates harassment of another person; (3) you will use this MaineStreets.Biz Website only in a manner consistent with all laws and regulations and in accordance with the Terms; (4) you will not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent any affiliation with another person, entity, or association, use false IP addresses or headers, or otherwise conceal your identity from MaineStreets.Biz; (5) you will only submit Content for which you have the copyright or other specific permission to distribute; and (6) you will not violate, plagiarize, or infringe on the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity or proprietary rights. MaineStreets.Biz shall not be liable in any way for any Content.
TERMINATION
MaineStreets.Biz may terminate your use of the MaineStreets.Biz Website for: (1) breach of these Terms; (2) your abuse of MaineStreets.Biz Website resources or attempt to gain unauthorized entry to the MaineStreets.Biz Website; or (3) as required by law, regulation, court or governing agency order. MaineStreets.Biz termination of any user's access to the MaineStreets.Biz Website may be effected without notice and, on such termination; MaineStreets.Biz may immediately bar any further access to the MaineStreets.Biz Website. MaineStreets.Biz shall not be liable to any user or other third party for any termination of that user's access to the MaineStreets.Biz Website. In the event of termination, MaineStreets.Biz reserves the right to delete or save a user’s Content at MaineStreets.Biz sole discretion.

This is your Personalized Business Directory to help you grow your business in the state of Maine and for those who come from outside of Maine to find you. Your webpage is free to you with your Business address and phone number, email link, website link if you have a website, type of business, a photo of your business or something which identifies your business and your message board with your first message free. All messages after your first free message will be under the” fee based message board”. Your use of the Mainestreets.biz website is at the sole discretion of Mainestreets.biz and those that review the contents placed on the webpage assigned to your business. To use the message board, there is a subscription fee of one dollar and twenty five cents per month, payable for a twelve month time period through Pay Pal or other payment services MaineStreets.Biz chooses to setup. Setup is free and you can start using your message board as soon as you receive you email telling you how to use it. Once you have subscribed to your message board, you will be able to post or upload to your message board any time you want. Only one message can be posted or uploaded at a time. If a problem should come up, contact getintouch@mainestreets.biz for tech support.
